但礦砂的粉塵比較多，除了可能影響貓咪的呼吸道健康之外，也容易在貓咪上完廁所之後被帶出貓砂盆外，

弄得家裡到處都是貓砂，若擔心建議可以配合落砂墊使用，並且要常常清理家中環境。
